my 2 year old son and i love the blocks. even the windows open! it's for older children though since it's really for building 3d houses. my son got upset when the pieces couldn't make a 2d rocket coz they didn't hold together too well. it's for 3 years plus as it says on the packaging. and I'd advise to take two sets since 24 pcs are enough just for two houses or so.
